The new membership year starts in July each year. In the year starting July 2024, subscription rates remain the same as the previous year, at $20 per person, with a discounted rate of $10 for people who are superannuitants, students or Community Service Card holders. Club members (cardholders) continue to get discounted rates on door charges to concerts and most events. Alistair’s Music in Cuba Street also offers members a 10% discount on strings and tuners.
Please renew your subscription if you haven’t already. Your sub helps your club to pay the insurance, the accounts reviewer, the Post Office Box, in short, all the boring but crucial stuff. Because of our discounted members’ rates, you can make your membership cost back quite quickly, and also know that you’ve helped the club keep promoting folk and acoustic music in Wellington for another year.
To join up for the first time or to renew your subscription by direct credit, make your payment to (ANZ) 01 0505 0182241 00, using your name as a reference. Then open the membership form below, copy the whole section from below the dotted line and email treasurer@acousticroutes.org.nz . Be sure to include the consent line, current address, email address and the date of the direct credit.
If internet banking isn’t your thing, print off the form at the link below and pay (in cash – no eftpos facilities) at the next concert or event and get in at members’ rates!

Please note: the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 requires everyone to consent to becoming a member. The subscription form has been amended to reflect the need. If you are renewing your subscription by direct credit to the club’s bank account please go to the form, copy the whole section from below the dotted line and email treasurer@acousticroutes.org.nz with the consent, current address, email address and the date of the direct credit.
